Because our core digital products (PNG downloads and multi-ratio PDF packages) are delivered instantly via digital communication networks upon confirmation, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable. SoulGazette provides all digital art files and platform features on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. We accept zero liability for any localized printing errors, material damages, or formatting issues that occur at your third-party print hubs or frame suppliers.
